Upload a file to Virustotal.com and it will scan it for you in over 30 of the top virus scanners. You may have to wait a bit but it's definitely worth it. My test file was checked and cleared in about 3 minutes. No guarantees of course, but it's certainly worth a bit of peace of mind.Link
