Flying Cart allows you to open an online store and accept credit cards as well as PayPal. The free version restricts you to 5 products but it's a great no-risk start.What's unique about Flying Cart is that they don't charge any commission at all (Paypal will charge you a percentage however).
I suppose they are counting on you expanding and signing up for their premium services. You don't need a website as they will host the store on thier servers.
